How much nett salary and what size of apartment does she must have? In order our FRV application doesn't rejected by immgration office of Hessen state of german

Are you sure that flat size and salary won't be matter according to the law?
Because,my lawyer told me that some time employee who processing your visa application they are asking for above to issue.
