Hello @unknown
Thank you for your trust and your courage in seeking help. Abuse can take many forms.
If you are in acute danger, please call the police by dialling 110. The police will ask you for your name, your address and your problem and will then immediately send someone to you to protect you (and your children). Unfortunately, the police emergency call centre usually only speaks German.
If you don't speak German yourself, call the ‘Violence against women’ helpline instead. The staff there are available around the clock and speak many languages. You can reach them by dialling 08000 116 016.
You can find all the information about making a complaint, women's safe houses and what to do next here:
Unfortunately, we at Handbook Germany: Together cannot offer counselling. Please contact counselling service in your area or use the services of the victims' association WEISSER RING https://weisser-ring.de/ for online and on-site counselling.
They will help you navigate the next steps in
We wish you much strength and all the best!
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
