ADAC Versicherung

While on vacation in Bosnia, I unexpectedly gave birth prematurely. My husband and I reside in Germany, and it is critical for our baby's health that he is transferred urgently to a hospital in Germany for the necessary heart surgery.

ADAC has denied our request for this medical transfer, stating that I traveled on my own responsibility. However, before traveling, I had an appointment with my gynecologist, who confirmed that it was safe for me to travel. My gynecologist even sent a fax to ADAC explaining the situation and confirming that I had medical clearance to travel two days before the trip.

Given the urgent nature of my baby's condition and the importance of receiving timely medical care, I am seeking legal advice on how to proceed with this matter.
