Dear @sharafatullah.haqyar thank you for sharing your difficult situation with us. As far as I understood your situation, you are already in Germany and applied for asylum. You already received a positive approval from BAMF and now applied for family reunion for your family to join you. Additionally, you and your family have no valid passports. Is that correct? Nevertheless, in case you are recognized as a refugee according to Geneva Convention you will receive a " Blue Passport". Someone, who is entitled to subsidiary protection or a national deportation ban cannot obtain a travel document for refugees. Those person must ask for a passport at their home country's embassy. If the embassy does not issue a passport, one can apply for a Travel Permit for Foreigners („Gray Passport“) at the relevant Immigration Office („Ausländerbehörde”). Please note, that if a person can reasonably be expected to obtain a passport from his or her home country, a gray passport will not be issued by the foreigners department. Additionally, if you have been granted subsidiary protection or have a residence permit due to a national deportation ban and are appealing BAMF's decision, you must not visit your home country's embassy. If you do so, the BAMF assumes that you are not being persecuted in your home country. It is recommended to reach out to a migration counselling center to go through your documents and discuss your current situation. They can show you some options. Happy if you let me know where you live, so I can support you finding a counselling center close to you. Alternatively, you can have a look at the search mask by BAMF. Please let me know if you have further questions.

Dear @sharafatullah.haqyar in case you were recognized as a refugee according to Geneva Convention, you will receive a Blue Passport. Unfortunately, this doesn't apply to your family, because they are still abroad. Our current information is that the afghan embassies and consulates still extend passports but unfortunately won't issue new passports. In order to apply for family reunion, they will need to provide the at least the following requested documents: - The confirmation email from the embassy regarding the appointment - A copy of your „fristwahrende Anzeige“ - Visa applications for all family members - A family registration certificate (if applicable) - Birth certificates of all family members - Marriage certificate - A copy of your German residence permit - A copy of BAMF's decision on your case Additionally, if they will apply at the German embassy in Teheran, please check the requested documents from the embassy: https://teheran.diplo.de/ir-de/-/2465570?openAccordionId=item-2465568-2… Since your appointment at the foreigners department is in a few days, you should give them an official notice that your family will join you. I hope that you will reunite very soon!
