Bringing parents to Germany for family reunification

Hello! Could you please explain me how it actually works? I'm going to get a job in Germany after obtaining my master's degree in landscape architecture. I've  been thinking about bringing my parents to Germany 'cause they're pretty old and there's nobody else to take care of them in their country. I've  read that parents of adult children with a long-term German permit (e.g., EU Blue Card, skilled worker permit issued after March 1, 2024) are now able to reunite with the family. Is it true and how difficult is it? 

I'm indescribably concerned about this whole topic, and I really hope that we do have a chance... Thank you in advance for your answers!
