Do I have to leave?

Thank you mods and everyone for your extraordinary work, you're helping so many people and I thank you behalf of everyone. To my question, me and my fiance are planning to marry in germany, she's a german citizen and im tunisian( 3rd world country) therefore I have to apply for a visa. My question is can I apply for reunification visa when im in germany, the marriage visa is only 3 months.. also the waiting time for an appointment is extremely high... is there a way to speed it up.. we're together for 8 years and rhe waiting time is 1 year+..

Dear @Artorias , Thank you for your kind words. Unfortunately, the visa process can indeed be challenging, especially when you consider the waiting times. If you want to get married, the easiest way is to apply for an "Visum zur Eheschließung und zum anschließenden Daueraufenthalt" at the local embassy before you arrive in Germany. For this visa you need, among others, a certificate from the Standesamt¸ over the existence of all necessary conditions for marriage or the declaration of marriage at a German Standesamt with a copy (https://handbookgermany.de/en/marriage#faq_484). You will need to show also a certificate of A1 level of German. I advise your fiancé to contact the Binationaler Partnerschaft: https://www.verband-binationaler.de/. They may be able to assist you with the visa and residence permit process. If you have any further questions, please let me know. Best Barbara

@Artorias The German embassy may take a closer look at your application due to previous rejections. However, I don't think that your incomplete education will have a significant impact on your marriage visa application.
