Family reunion

I came from Ukraine in Germany I have resident permit remark 24 and my wife and children are in Afghanistan, in what situation I can bring them here?

Hey, unfortunately you cannot apply for family reunification with §24: https://handbookgermany.de/en/family-reunification#faq_322 I suggest you contact a migration counseling center. Maybe you could apply for a visa in case of "extraordinary hardship"?
