Family reunion
Good morning, I have a question please. Can I apply for residence permit through my kids that have remark 33 in Germany. I'm in refugee camp and I told them that I'm not seeking asylum, but I want to reunite with my kids.

As we understand your message, your child has a residence permit according to §33. If you have custody of your child, it should be possible that you can move in with your child so you may be allowed to leave the camp. If your asylum application has been rejected, you can apply for suspension of deportation (Duldung). Whether you will receive a residence permit is not an easy question to answer and depends, among other things, on whether you can finance your own living expenses.
