However , my husband already applied for tousirt visa twice in 2015 and 2022 respectively but both times got refusal ,, saying that embessy has not trust the fact that he went back to India . Can you study my case and advise me what can I do for my family visa . Should I wait untill I got job seeker visa or apply it now while study visa . Please advise me after reading my  profile . Hello @germany.singh.kaur ,

Hello thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, it is quite common that tourist visas are rejected because the embassy thinks you will not return. You can file a so called Remonstration process against this, find more information here: https://www.auswaertiges-amt.de/de/service/fragenkatalog-node/10-ablehn…
Usually, you have to make it clear that you have a job, income, house and other reasons that make it believable that you will return to you home country. This will make it less likely for the embassy to reject the tourist visa.

In addition, the tourist visa is only for short visits and not a suitable visa for family reunification.
One of the main requirements is that you can provide enough financial income and housing for your and our family. This is often not possible for full time students nor for job seeking residence.

The embassy usually requires lots of documents, such as the marriage certificate. It would be a good idea to already gather these documents and see what other documents are required by the German embassy. As the process can take quite a while. You can find a list of all the requirements here: https://handbookgermany.de/en/family-reunification-for-immigrants#faq_769

If you have further questions, please let me know.
Best wishes
