I AM BISMARK FROM GHANA, MY MOTHER HAS KIDNEY PROBLEM AND SHE IS ON DIALYSIS FOR 6 YEARS NOW. SINCE I AM IMMEDIATE SON, I REALLY LIKE TO VISIT MY MOTHER BUT DUE TO FINANCIAL ISSUE, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SUBMIT MY APPLICATION TO THE GERMAN EMBASSY FOR MY VISA... I REALLY NEED SOMEONE IN GERMANY WHO CAN GUARANTEE MY TRIP FINANCIALLY OR HELP ME GET COMMITMENT OF DECALRATION LETTER FOR MY VISA. THANK YOU.

Hello @Bismarko34 thank you for getting back to us. As far as I understand, you want to apply for a tourist visa to visit your mother. You are correct that along with other documents, one of the requirements to apply for a schengen visa is enough financial proof: https://accra.diplo.de/gh-en/service/-VisaInformation/-/2589714 Alternatively, someone can issue you a declaration of commitment. Unfortunately, you need to ask a person, if someone can apply at their foreigners department for you.
