impact of marriage on asylum status based on sexual orientation

I am writing to inquire about a family reunification case. My husband is currently in Germany and was granted asylum based on his sexual orientation (as a homosexual). We met online and built a relationship over the past two years, and we have recently entered into an official, legal marriage.
Given that I am a woman and he was granted protection as a gay man, I would like to know:
1. Is he legally entitled to apply for family reunification (Spousal Visa) for me?
2. What are the legal risks regarding his asylum status if he applies for this visa?
3. Is there a high probability that the visa will be rejected
