My uncle is of German nationality and owns his share in an apartment in Egypt through inheritance from his mother. He wants to sell his share to me. Can this be done through a notary in Germany?

Hey @Ahmed sayed Saleh
, Thank you for contacting us. Your question is a matter of international law, specifically a law in Egypt. That is why I advise you to contact a notary in Germany and ask him directly if he could take your case. If no, you can ask for contacts to a notary who could help you or ask if you also/just need an Egyptian notary: https://recht24-7.de/
Your uncle could also contact a German embassy in Egypt to get the best advice: https://kairo.diplo.de/eg-de You are also welcome to ask for advice in the forum, e.g. you can see if others have had similar questions or topics and you can write your questions underneath + tag the person (with @).
