My family and I moved to Germany legally four months ago, but my sister, who also brought the confirmation of acceptance to Germany, but because she got married, she could not come with us, so now how can we apply for my sister and her husband? So that they can join us?

If I understand correctly, your sister received a confirmation through the federal admission program, got married after receiving her approval, and her husband has not received a confirmation or applied yet - is that correct? In general, it is easier for families to apply together for the program. However, if your sister got married after receiving her approval, her and her husband's situation becomes more complicated.
