Hi @Shaheryar , thank you for your inquiry.

To begin with, here’s an important piece of information: You can only apply for asylum if you are in Germany. To briefly summarize the process: Within Germany, you would need to contact the German authorities, i.e., the immigration office, an arrival center, or an initial reception center, and inform them that you want to apply for asylum. You will then be taken to an initial reception center for refugees to register. You will either be given an appointment with the BAMF ("Federal Office for Migration and Refugees") at the registration or later by mail. At this appointment, you will officially submit your asylum application. If you are not yet in Germany, there may also be other ways for you to come to Germany to live and work (i.e. residence permit for work or to study). For further information, we recommend contacting a migration counseling center.

What can you do next?

Find an advice center: https://adressen.asyl.net/ and https://life-initiative.org/en/beratungsstelle/

I hope this information is helpful for you. If you have further questions, please let me know.

Kind regards

Franziska
