Spouse file for separation + child custody

Hi Spouse file for separation + child custody in Germany but I decided to move back home because no job ,no income in Germany .by putting legal divorce in home country Can alimony/child support can be avoided?

Hello @andy , thank you for reaching out to us again. Regardless of your nationality and place of living if you have the means to pay child support you will have to continue doing so. Depending on the strength of the currency and cost of living in your home country the payment can be adjusted. I would suggest turning to a counseling center or lawyer for more in depth counseling of the best solution for your and the child you have custody over. . If spouse decide 100% responsibility instead of joint custody(50/50) still in case I have to pay child support? how does it work its very complicated if both parent does not agree! if I decide child adopt in my country how would I able to support two child at the same ?

Hi @andy , If both parents do not agree, usually a family court can get involved to help come to an agreement. As mentioned if you do not have enough financial income you will not be asked to also pay child support. I would suggest that you reach out to a family counseling center and see what the next steps are.
