I have some updated information for you.
The Fristwahrende Anzeige is important if you want to to benefit from the "privileged family reunification" meaning you do not have to pay for your and your family's living costs.
But if you were a minor at the time of the application then, you do not need to cover the living costs. The Fristwahrende Anzeige should not be relevant for you.
If you have received refugee status and have become 18 after you have made the application for family reunification then you should be able to bring you immediate family here. This means your parents. If you have received subsidiary status then your parents have to come to Germany before you turn 18, otherwise family reunion is not possible for minors.
