Visa appointment

Dear Madam/ Sir,

I hope this email finds you well, then I need the following informations:

Now, I have (Flüchtlingseigenschaft) status in Germany and would like to book Visa Appointments for my family members at the German embassy based in Tehran because my family live in Iran since 09 February 2022.

The below is the information of my family legal status in Iran:

1- They had three months visa and extended three months more. It means they lived there for six months with official visa.

2- After their visa expired, they registered by government entities ( دفتر کفالت) and have received an ID by the name of ( سرشماری). Now they are living there by these ID which help them to have legal status.

Therefore, my question is as follows:

With such residency status, where or in which link, should I apply for visa appointments for them?

I have checked the embassy website: https://teheran.diplo.de/ir-de/-/2437464?openAccordionId=item-2437468-1… and the following regulations apply for Afghan citizens: Afghan citizens who have been in Iran for at least six months and can prove this, for example with an entry stamp in their passport, have the opportunity to register for an appointment to apply for a family reunification visa via our website. In case your family are not Afghan nationals please let me know. We also have general information on the procedure of the family reunification for refugees here: https://handbookgermany.de/en/family-reunification . Dear Madam, first thank you so much for such detailed information. I checked the Embassy web site as well. One thing more, since Feb 2022 , my family live in Iran, But my question is as below: They had three months visa and extended three months more. Now they are living there by these ID which help them to have legal status. Now, with such legal status , is it possible to apply at Tehran Embassy? Dear @A.Navid , yes if your family has stayed in Iran over 6 months via a visa and now a residency as you mentioned they should book the appointment via the embassy in Tehran. Yes, there is an advice center from the welfare organisation Diakonie in Ingoldstadt. You can contact them and ask for an appointment or see if they have an open counseling session: https://dw-in.de/portfolio-items/fluechtlings-und-integrationsberatung/ You can find the contact details of the advisors at the bottom of the page. Please let me know if you were able to contact them. They will help you with the process of the family reunification.
