I have a severe disability 50%. Am i entitled for special housing needs certificate?

Severely disabled people with a degree of at least 50% who live in housing that is objectively unsuitable due to their recognized condition.
It depends on the disability.
This is the case, for example, with wheelchair users.
You must fill out a field on the application where you have to justify your special housing needs.

Yes, you can usually apply for a Wohnberechtigungsschein mit besonderem Wohnbedarf. The local Wohnungsamt is the right place to ask, as they decide based on your documents and situation.
