What's Updates on the haagermany cases

I have received and mail from haagermany.helps around two months ago that they were asked for resubmitting my documents of my cases to them even they asked me about my marriage certificate and I also submitted but from two months still there is no mail and no call and no updates can you tell me updates about haagermany cases process status now is running or stopped thanks a lot.
