Ausbildungsvisa

Question from @tamila chilingarashvili

Hello, I am currently an Asylum seeker in Germany, but as Georgian I know I do not have a chance to stay. I have an Ausbildungs contract and I need to make a visa now. I know I can make Ausbildungsduldung, but it is too early for it as Ausbildung starts in September. I wanted to ask if i go back to Georgia now, will I be able to apply for visa and when? Because I am an Asylum seeker will it be a problem?
Thank you for your time

Hello @Tamila__Chilingarashvili , thank you for writing to us. It could be a possibility to go back to Georgia and apply for a visa for vocational training, we have more information on the visa process here: https://handbookgermany.de/en/vocational-training-visa I would suggest that you seek out an advice center that can further help you in taking that decision, they can also help you look at other possible options. They are specialized and can answer your specific questions regarding the procedure and if it can be a hurdle that you have applied for asylum already in Germany. . In Berlin you can contact the following advice center: https://www.bbzberlin.de/ https://kub-berlin.org/en/angebote/beratung/asyl-und-aufenthalt/ https://awo-mitte.de/gefluechtete-und-asyl/ . If you are not in Berlin I can also search for an advice center near you or you can search for yourself using the BAMF navi: https://bamf-navi.bamf.de/en/Themen/Migrationsberatung/ If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best wishes
