Hello, I am currently an Asylum seeker in Germany, but as Georgian I know I do not have a chance to stay. I have an Ausbildungs contract and I need to make a visa now. I know I can make Ausbildungsduldung, but it is too early for it as Ausbildung starts in September. I wanted to ask if i go back to Georgia now, will I be able to apply for visa and when? Because I am an Asylum seeker will it be a problem?

They are specialized and can answer your specific questions regarding the procedure and if it can be a hurdle that you have applied for asylum already in Germany. .
