Hey, thank you for your message.

Since I usually advise for Germany and not for Belgium, I would like to ask you to independently verify the information and speak with the responsible authorities on site.

But here are a few initial steps you could take:

1. You can contact the respective offices for the recognition of your diploma again. Obviously, there are different offices for this. I have found two for you here.

Attention: Documentation & Verifiability: Due to the situation since 2021, there are sometimes verification hurdles with Afghan documents; ENIC-NARIC has developed specific expert guidelines and case panels ('Face-the-Case Afghanistan') for evaluators.

- Enseignement.be - Le centre ENIC-NARIC de la FWB

- Mobility in higher education

2. The second possibility for you would be to have your degree recognized at a university.

Please speak with a university near you and simply inquire about the requirements. It will probably be the case that you will either need to repeat individual semesters or exams.

I hope these were a few helpful ideas for now. It’s always important to get in touch with the relevant authorities on-site and to ask about the specific conditions for Afghanistan.
