In Afghanistan we got married but now they are saying that when you are taking marriage certificate you should write new date not that past date

Dear @nazirfaqiry thank you for your patience. May I ask if you have any document that shows your actual marriage date? Which institution told you that you need to use a new date?

Yes we have a document The judge of the court in Afghanistan embassy in Iran says that we should have a new date in our marriage certificate

Dear @nazirfaqiry thank you for your patience. We reached out to a lawyer and asked for her advice. She recommended to ask the authorities in Iran or Pakistan to acknowledge your marriage certificate and issue you an official one. Unfortunately, Germany only accepts Nikah Khat or Waseque Khat. This should be provided by the afghan embassy or the authorities in Iran or Pakistan. You might want to try it again and ask them to use your original marriage date. Happy if you let me know why they need to use a new date since you got married already. Please let me know if you have further questions.
