Afghanistan- Immigration to Germany

Here is a question from a community member. 

Hello Barbara,
Greetings of the day, I have recieved 3 emails from Haagermany.help months ago i have filled the needed information and attached my document except of passport which is still pending in the online process in Afghanistan.
So my question is that is there any possibilities left for Afghans to immigrate to Germany becuase if there is any why are the one needed are not leaving we are still waiting for a reply.
Can you help me regarding this issue ?
