Ausbildung after BAMF Asylbewerbung rejection

Hallo,

once again i am looking for support with another topic. My Asl. case is rejected in Dec. 2025. Now i have the following plan, but need your guidance to correct me or guidance me toward right and possible pathway, if i am going in wrong direction and even.

1: I lodge appeal through a lawyer, and maybe this will further require one month for meeting with a Lawyer to prepare a response for court submission.

2: I have submitted my application for several Ausbildung (Altenpfleger, Fachlagier/logistik, Verkaufer, Hotel Fachmann). I have also book appointment with DRK and Caritas for getting their support in securing the place with my current B-1 German, Integration Certificate and 2 years Graduation in Statistics and 2 years Master degree in Umweltwissenchaften from Pakistan (These both degrees are not regulated, i already confirmed this from IQ NRW). Now i only need to get the evaluation of these degrees through ZAB. But this need to pay. How and where i get the financial support at this stage?, as i am in Camp with very limited pocket money.

3. Currently i have Aufenthaltsgestattung, whihc will expire in Jan. 26. Can i get the renewal of Aufenthaltsgestattung easily or they will change the status?

4. Can i secure an Ausbildung with this incoming Ausweise?

5. The Caritas Altenpfleger Ausbildung prefer B-2 and i want to enroll in Ausbildung immediately and will then continue B2. Should i wait for Ausbildung contract or immediately start B2 general or Berufsprach B-2? How to get the support for cost here, BAMF?

6. I enrolled in Fahrerschule for Klass B-1 Fuhrerschein. Is this make any sense for me in short and longer term?

Apologies with long email, but the current stressful sitaiton puch me with more and more questions to clarify. Can i get counseling mentor for direct communication regarding these points?

Thank you.

Ali
