Blue Card

Is there any time limit for me to enter the country after I receive the blue card? Like, you have to enter Germany within 1 month after receiving the blue card?

Dear @yagmurbas  , thank you for getting in touch. Do you mean that you have a Visa Blue Card and how long the Visa is valid? Or do you mean that you have a Blue Card and how long you can be outside Germany? Best Barbara

@yagmurbas  thank you for your response. Could you please let us know if you are already in Germany or in the other country from which you are going to come to Germany with the EU Blue Card? Best Barbar

Hallo @yagmurbas  , You should travel to Germany as soon as possible. After entering the country, you need to, among other things, register your address. Then, you must report to the Immigration Office at your new place of residence within three months and apply for an EU Blue card: https://handbookgermany.de/en/eu-blue-card?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw0… You will need a valid visa for all of this, and processing times in Germany are now long.
