Chancenkarte Visa to Student visa conversion

Hi Community,

Is it possible to convert a Chancenkarte visa(Opportunity card, Section 20A) to a student visa? I heard that it can only be converted to Section 25A or 25B. Could someone confirm whether it can be converted to a student visa or not?
