Hello @Ziarmal , I have found some more information for you. If you have not completed your asylum procedure and are no longer under the so called “Residenzpflicht” which means you must stay in the area that was allocated to you for three months. Then you can apply to move to another German state due to work, studies, or vocational training. There are a few requirements, such as: your work contract needs to last longer than 3 months, you need to work for more than 15hours a week and you must earn enough. You must apply for the move to your current immigration office (Ausländerbehörde) and receive the approval, the immigration office in the area you want to move to, should also agree. You will need to show a copy of your work contract as well as fill in an application form to your current immigration office. Here is an example of what the form can look like from the refugee council in Sachsen-Anhalt: https://www.fluechtlingsrat-lsa.de/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/Wohnsitza… If you need further help, please let me know. It is always useful to let us know what city you are in, so we can check the regulations of your local immigration office. Best wishes for your move Yara
