Hallo @MKS Fernando , thank you for your question. I suggest you first ask your employer in Germany, if they can help you to get a work visa through the fast-track procedure for skilled workers. Here is the link where you can find more information about this: https://www.make-it-in-germany.com/en/looking-for-foreign-professionals… Your employer can find also the right consulting center, to get answers to specific questions related to the fast track procedure: https://www.make-it-in-germany.com/fileadmin/1_Rebrush_2022/b_Arbeitgeb… Furthermore your qualifications must be recognized in Germany. Here you will find information about the recognition of qualifications in Germany: https://www.anerkennung-in-deutschland.de/html/en/index.php It is best to get an individual advice. Here you will find counseling centers that specialize in recognition procedures. They will review your documents and answer your specific questions: https://www.anerkennung-in-deutschland.de/html/en/counselling-search.php You will need to find a counseling center in the Bundesland where you will be working, as the approval process is different in each Bundesland. Let me know, if you need help finding a counseling center. Here you have more information about work visa for skilled professionals: https://www.make-it-in-germany.com/en/visa-residence/types/work-qualifi… Finally, apply for a work visa at the German Embassy in Riga: https://riga.diplo.de/lv-de Let me know if you have further questions.
