Evacuation from Afghanistan

Greetings dear Yara Almunaizel
I received an email from NOREPLY@HAAGERMANY.HELP. At the time of filling the form, I was not engaged or married and I was living with my one and only sister. 3 months after filling the forms, I got engaged. My question is that if my case get approved, can I bring my wife too? Or can I bring my sister as my family because we don't have parents or other family members? Or Can I bring both my wife and my sister with me to the German?

Hello @Rahmatullah Baghban , thank you for reaching out. In general, if you receive approval, you can only bring your immediate family to Germany. This would be your wife and underage children. There are also hardship cases where you have to proof that your sister will be in particular vulnerable situation if she is left behind. More about the hardship clause can be found here: https://handbookgermany.de/en/family-reunification#faq_323 . You mentioned that you have recently become married, it is important to also inform them that you are now married and send the information of your wife as well. In order to make sure that your wife can be considered in the program in case you are accepted. If you have further questions, please let us know Best wishes
