Find a job and get help while finding or learn German course

Hi there! I would like to know if it's possible to help me find a job, I arrived few days ago and I have a working visa for 1 year and I'm in Singen (Hohentwiel), I know English and Spanish, Just started learning Deutsche, Thank you for your time!
