Germany EU Blue card - for Portugal?
I have a German EU blue card, can I move to Portugal and use this? is there a way to change it to a Portuguese blue card?

Unfortunately, I am not aware of the exact requirements of the Portgugese Blue Card you can read them here: https://immigration-portal.ec.europa.eu/eu-blue-card/portugal_en
In General if you have been in Germany for 5 years with this EU Blue Card you can receive a permanent EU residency, with that you can also travel to Portugal and work there. How long have you had your EU Blue card for?
