I also received email NOREPLY@HAAGERMANY.HELP under the title of ASSISTANCE, but I uploaded my documents almost 40 days later. I wanted to know if the link has a specific time or not? And usually, how long does it take to receive an answer?
And how can we find out about the status of our case and at which stage it has reached.

You will only receive an answer if your application to the federal admission program has been accepted. Unfortunately, you will not be informed if your application is not considered, therefore you cannot find out what stage your case is currently in. You will be contacted in case your application makes it to the next stage. There is no specific time limit for the link or when you can upload.
