How to find a job with work visa sponsorship

Daer Sir/Madam,

I am a Procurement/Supply chain professional with over 19 years experince. I have MSc in logistics & supply chain management, and I have BSc general degree in biological sciences. I have English IELTS=6.5 knowledge & PTE results available. I need to find a job in Germany in english medium becasue my German language profesiency is zero. But I am willing to study German from Gothe institute in Colombo and taking a seat is chalenge. Anyway, if anyone help can help me great.
