How to get permit in Gemany ?

Hello
I am a Bangladeshi .I have this request regarding, how I can easily bring work permit to Germany. I know a skilled man can get work permit very easy in Germany. I want work permit in your country Germany . I am working in Digital Survey or you can say it Land Survey.

How can I get work permit please help me if anyone can help I will be very happy

You can also apply for a job search visa and have 6 months to find a job in Germany.
