How I can join my family

I am living in Poland and I have 3 years of residence in here l, my family "mother, brothers, fiance" they are living in Germany, how I can join my family, how I can life with my family, please advice me

I would recommend contacting a counseling center in Poland to see if your residency status allows you to come to Germany, if not, they might be able to help you find another option. Where in Poland are you currently staying? To stay in Germany and join your family on a long-term basis, you will have to receive a residence permit from Germany. You can receive a residence permit, for example, for work or studies. Hello @AhmadSeyar , I have some additional information for you. One way to move to Germany and join your family would be by applying for the EU permanent residency. In polish this would be called: Pobyt rezydenta długoterminowego – UE However, the requirements are quite high. If you are not yet married, generally, you cannot apply for family reunification. I would suggest your fiance seeks out counseling in Germany to see if there is a possibility for family reunification.
