Do i need to resign first? so i could give them the notice period required which is two weeks? then what should i do next do i need to inform Auslanderbehorde for the career change? please advice me. Hello @jr128716 , thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear that the work is taking an effect on your mental health. But great that you already have a new job offer.

Yes, you will have to resign first. If you want to start a new job you will always have to quit your old job first.
Here is more information on quitting your job:

It is important to let the Ausländerbehörde know that you are changing jobs, you have only two weeks to do this.
It is also important that the new job fulfills the requirement for your residence. For example, if you have a Blue Card you need to check if the job is a qualified job and fulfills the requirement of the blue card.
Here is more information about changing the job on the Blue Card
