I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you from Kabul, Afghanistan, on behalf of myself and my family, with an urgent request for a Humanitarian Visa application. We are currently facing an extremely dire situation and seek your assistance in obtaining the necessary visa to travel to
As you are aware, Afghanistan is currently undergoing a challenging and volatile period, marked by political instability and security concerns. The safety and well-being of my family and myself are at great risk, and we are seeking refuge and protection in a more stable environment.
Having learned about Brazil's reputation for providing support and humanitarian assistance to individuals in need, we have identified as a potential safe haven for us. We sincerely believe that commitment to human rights and its history of welcoming refugees and those in need aligns with our urgent need for protection and security.
I kindly request your immediate attention and support in processing our Humanitarian Visa application. Our situation is time-sensitive, and we are in urgent need of a safe environment for ourselves and our children. We understand the complexity of the visa application process and assure you that we will provide all necessary documents and comply with the requirements set forth by the government.
Please find attached the following documents to support our application:
Valid passports for all family members.
Proof of our current circumstances, including any relevant documentation highlighting the risks we face in Afghanistan.
Medical records and any supporting evidence of health concerns, if applicable.
Any additional documentation or forms required by the Embassy.
We are prepared to provide any further documentation or information that may assist in expediting our visa application. We understand the challenging circumstances and limitations caused by the current situation in Afghanistan, and we are grateful for any assistance you can provide to ensure the safety and well-being of our family.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we sincerely hope for a positive response. We place our trust in your office's commitment to humanitarian causes and the protection of vulnerable individuals.
Yours sincerely,
Dear @Rohullah wahidi ,
thank you for reaching out to us.
I am sorry to hear about the situation of you and your family.
I noticed you are addressing this to a consular officer, unfortunately, we are not a consular. We are a non governmental organization based in Germany. We do not work with the embassies and therefore cannot provide you with humanitarian visa.
We can provide information about the requirements to receive a visa to Germany.
You can find the information on the visas to Germany on our following website.
https://handbookgermany.de/en/search?f1%5B0%5D=slug%3Amigration%2Fskilled-workers#root
Unfortunately, the program for humanitarian visa for Afghans to Germany does not process new admissions or cases.
For immediate humanitarian aid, there is a map that exists which helps you find important resources in Afghanistan in the link below.

Finally, you can always look into applying for a visa to Germany, since the embassy in Kabul has closed, you would have to travel to Iran. The appointment itself can be booked via the website of the German embassy.
