After my application to Kabul Luftbrucke I received an email from noreply@haagermany.help subjected ASSISTANCE, I wanted to know from you guys that if this is a correct email address asking the necessary documents about our application or it's fake or what...?

Hi @Hamkar , thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, this is the official e-mail of the coordination center from the Federal Admission Program for Afghans. Greetings dear Yara Almunaizel I received an email from noreply@haagermany.help. When I fill out the link, the incomplete link starts again from half of the form. I tried several times but it starts all over again, the links that came to my friends a month ago have no problem. The link updated in recent days has this kind problem. I don't know what the solution is, please guide me Best regards

The link sent two times by noreply@haagermany.help first time on Mon, June 19 and secont time on Thu, June 29 2023 It has been more than a month since the link came to me, but due to the problem, I could not complete the form. After ten months of investigation, I received a case number from the secretariat department of the admission program to tell me to wait, your case is in progress. Now, on the 28th, I received an email address from this noreply@haagermany.help email address and I sent them all the documents, the same documents that I had sent almost a year ago. Has the process of reviewing my case started after one year again?

@Nadia barekzai , that is the correct mail from the coordination center. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you how long the process will take or why they have asked for your documents again. Recently the process was changed a little bit with an extra security interview in Islamabad. You will unfortunately, also not be notified if you application is rejected. Hi @d.n.m , unfortunately, as of now you will not be notified if your application of the federal admission program is rejected. Please note since the program started only 15 persons have come to Germany though the program. Best wishes

I received an email from noreply@haagermany.help in October 2023 and asked for further information and I sent them the relevant documents.
As it is mentioned in this Forum "if your application is rejected you will not be notified."

But in Arpril 2024 I recevied another email from Kabul Luftbruecke <registration-support@kabulluftbruecke.de>, that they are sorry for taking long time and they do not process the cases for the federal admission program anymore.

Would you kindly tell me that, is it a missunderstanding from Kabul Luftbruecke, that they have sent me rejected response and should I wait further and wait for civil society Centre response?

thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience.
The final approval for the federal admission program will come from the German government (interior ministry together with the foreign ministry will take the final decision on who will receive approval for the federal admission program) They, as far as we know, rejections are not send out.
The civil societies can send out information like you received from Kabul Luftbrücke saying that they are no longer processing the cases for the federal admission program.
Unfortunately, I cannot tell you the stage of your application. You will only be considered if you are currently in Afghanistan unfortunately.

Unfortunately, we cannot tell you when you will receive an update. You will only be contacted if your application is successful. As you can see it takes very long time (8months) to receive a first answer from them. I hope you will soon get a positive response. Best wishes

@Yara_Community Manger Dear Yara, I hope this message finds you well and healthy. I applied to the Kabul Leftbruke program around one and a half years ago. During this time, I have received multiple emails where they have requested different documents and information related to the application. Now, I have just received the 4th email from noreply@haagermany.help, where they have requested my passport and marriage certificate, along with some evidence supporting my claims. Does this mean my case has been approved, and is this the last stage? Anyone have any information or previous experience? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated. For your information, I am a media worker who has worked for an international media organization in a security role. In addition, all of my family members except for my 6-month-old daughter currently possess valid passports. Should I just submit the documents that are readily available, or should I additionally get my child's passport before submitting all the required paperwork? It will take a while to obtain a passport, as everyone is aware.

I have an active case for my sister through Germany Federal Admission program for Afghans, and I received a follow up email last week for uploading further documentation from: noreply@haagermany.help. I did so. However, the email that I use for communication and registration is my university id, which is going to be closed by end of April. I really need to change my email id to receive the future emails from noreply@haagermany.help. Do you know anyway to that I can update my email address? I really appreciate your help. Best,
