I wonder if you provide work opportunities for foreigners

I am actively seeking work opportunities in any field (factories, warehouses, hospitality, services, etc.). I speak English, Arabic, and a bit of Russian, and I am available to relocate immediately.  I am physically fit, hardworking, disciplined, and ready to commit to long working hours. I am especially looking for positions where visa sponsorship and travel assistance are available.  Please find my attached CV. I would greatly appreciate any opportunity you can offer.  Thank you

Hello @abod

Thank you very much for your message.

While we unfortunately do not provide job finding services, we can offer you essential information on how to legally work in Germany and what visa options may apply to your situation.

In general, if you are  looking to work in Germany, you will need a residence permit under the German Residence Act. Two main ways are found in §18a and §18b, which cover employment for skilled workers. A skilled worker can either have vocational training recognized in Germany (§18a) or hold a university degree that is recognized or comparable to a German degree (§18b).

In both cases, it is crucial that your qualification is officially recognized in Germany (Anerkennung). You can check whether your qualification is recognized through the official portal: www.anerkennung-in-deutschland.de.

Also you can find essential information on this option on our relevant page: https://handbookgermany.de/en/visa-skilled-workers

In addition to these options, §19c of the Residence Act provides a legal basis for issuing residence permits for people who have specialisation in technical areas without a vocational training. Here, the employment must usually meet the definition of “qualified work” and be approved by the Federal Employment Agency. Therefore, jobs in factories, hospitality, or warehousing are generally not eligible for a visa unless linked to a recognized professional qualification or a special program.

Although we cannot connect you directly with job offers, we recommend visiting our website, which includes practical information on how to find work in Germany: https://handbookgermany.de/en/jobsearch-and-application

If you need further guidance on qualification recognition, work visa types, or application steps, feel free to reach out to us again.

We wish you a pleasant day!
