Hello @Jafar Ahmadi , thank you for coming on our platform and asking your question!

Unofrtunately, as you have not worked directly for the German army you are most likely not entitled to approval of admission for local staff. You can read more on our Afghanistan page for details: https://handbookgermany.de/fa/afghanistan-info .

We are happy to guide you and give you information of how to apply for a visa to Germany. There are many different types of visas, as an IT professional you can apply for the so called work visa.
You can read about all the requirements for this type of visa here: https://handbookgermany.de/en/visa-skilled-workers
Besides the general requirements for a Type D Visa, you will need a job offer from a German company this should be realted to your qualifications, meaning in the IT sector.
As an IT professional you do not have to show a qualified degree if you can show that you have 3 years of experience in the IT profession in the past 7 years.
And in case you are over 45 years old you will also need a job offer which pays enough.

. It can be hard looking for a job from abroad. But you can search for job offers on various platform such as: https://en.it-jobs.de, https://www.monster.de,https://www.make-it-in-germany.com/en/working-in…
We also have a useful guide on job search and applications: https://handbookgermany.de/en/jobsearch-and-application

I hope this information was useful, if you have any further questions please let me know Best wishes
