Hello, I have recently got the distribution of engine oil company from Dubai for Germany, I got einzelnternehmen as well, I have send many emails to financeamt for my Tax ID but they don’t give any answer, then I got in contact with IHK, they send me an email which contains about 13 topic that I have to take car of, which are very difficult to get understand, such as they asked me to check my products in zollamt website if they comes under REACH regulations or no, and such other questions as well.

although I am good enough in use of technology but still not able to correlate the issue.

my aim is to get my documentation ready as soon as possible so that I order my products and start working on it.

is there anyone who knows this process? Your guidance will be unforgatable

Hello @Rafiq.bismil , I would sudgest you to look for the tax advisor (German Steuerberater) with focus on international oil transpostation or at least on indirect taxes and customs. Usually they are called Steuerberater Fachberater Umsatzsteuer und Zoll. This is not an easy question and you have to clarify all the issues in the list of IHK to avoid unnecessary compliance problems with customs and tax authority in the future. If you do not know, where to look, ask the Steuerberaterkammer of your town/region. They have a list of tax advisors in the region with their specialization as well.
