Inquiry About ZAB Application Cancellation

I did a cancellation request for my Statement of Comparability application after payment last night. The request was submitted by mistake, and it is mot canceled yet. I would like to cancel my cancellation request if possible. I send a message right afterwards explaining the situation and asking them to ignore application cancel request.

Could you please let me know the steps I need to take to rectify this situation? I appreciate your assistance.

Just to clarify you have accidentally cancelled your request for a statement of comparability, correct? 

I have checked the website and unfortunately, I could not find any further information. It just states that you will have to pay a cancellation fee. 

Maybe @Ursula_IQ_NRW_Anerkennungsberatung has some further tips.

Yes, although it is not canceled yet, I sent a message right afterwards explaining that it was a mistake and that I want to proceed with the application process, but I received no replies.

All of this happened in the time after I paid the fees and before I got the confirmation message of my payment.
