Integration Course for EU citizens

Hello!

I have dual citizenship - Brazilian/Italian and I am registered in Germany with the Italian passport, therefore I was told that to be able to initiate an integration course I need authorisation from the BAMF or JobCenter.

I found one form to fulfill but it only applies to people requesting asylum and others, nothing mentioning the course for EU citizens.

Do you know how can I ask for this authorisation?

Also, I am living here with my husband, he is currently employed and I am unemployed. Do I have any other benefits that could help me learn German and find a job?
