job center benefits to spouse of a German

What are the benefits provided to a spouse of a German, when:

  1. the German is unemployed and receives benefits from the job center
  2. the spouse is not German, but has a residence permit (as she is spouse of a German)
  3. Both German and spouse are not that fluent in the German language, to obtain a job.

Dear @lead55 there are easier requirements to apply for family reunification to a German citizen, e.g. only a language certificate (A1) is necessary. There will be no need to proof enough space in the apartment or proof of a secured livelihood. 1. This means that the spouse will very likely can get a visa even if the German spouse received social benefits. 2. I might do not understand that questions properly. Could you please explain what your question is? 3. Surely, you can apply for jobs in Germany. There are also offers which not necessarily needs German. You can have a look at the job postings what the requirements are. There are some websites, like Monsteror Indeed to look for jobs. There might be some useful information about Job Hunting and Application. Please let me know if you have further questions.

My question is if the spouse is entitled to social benefits as her German spouse.

Yes, the spouse of a German citizen can receive social benefits if the spouse applied for a residence permit successfully.
