Job seeker visa

Dear Barbara i hope your doing well. 

My name is Hamed from Afghanistan living on Tajikistan as refugee.  

I have Bachelor degree in Computer science from kabul University and more than ten years of work experience in IT with deferent  positions and my degree hase been fully recognized in germany 

May I qualify to apply for job seeker visa

Dear @stanikzai.hamed56  , thank you for your question. If you have a residence permit as a refugee, you can apply for a Jobsearch Opportunity Card. You must speak at least A1 level German or at least B2 level English. In addition, you must be able to cover your living expenses during your job search. A1 certificate is necessary for opportunity card applications?

And what is the requirement for opportunity card .
