Local employee?

1ـ Do those who have worked with German NGOs in Afghanistan، include local German employees?

2- Are those who have worked with German NGOs in Afghanistan, and are not funded by BMZ or GIZ, funded by UN, and implemented by German NGOs, called local German employees?

thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, only the German government decides on who is a local employer. In general those who have had a contract with a German organisation are considered local employers. Those with a sub contract do not fall under this.
