Need information about Work permit visa please

Hi,

I have a university masters degree from the United Kingdom, and the university and also the degree is recognised in the anabin database, with H+.

I do have 14 years of professional work experience related to my educational qualification.

I received a binding job offer from a German employer , the employer has provided me the declaration of employment contract (Erklärung zum Beschäftigungsverhältnis) and the job role exactly matches my qualification. My job is a non-regulated profession in Germany.

The yearly salary the employer is offering is 30000 euro per year.

As far as I checked, I can not apply for the EU Blue card with this salary threshold.

My question is, under which visa category I can apply. Shall I apply for skilled professional with academic degree?

Also with this visa category, can I take my wife as dependent, with me?

Do I have to show any fund in my blocked account, because I already have job offer.

Do I have to get approval from federal employment agency for that?

What other documents are necessary to apply for this visa?

Please let me know, it would be really helpful.

Do I have to get approval from the federal employment agency for applying for the visa, or I can apply without the approval?
