need to work visa

Am currently residing in Pakistan but i want to move and work in Germany however there are are issue which must be settled before, thus i would like to know how and where can i search for jobs? or is there any known agency which may help in applying for job also how can I move to Germany meaning what are the conditions for moving in Germany and what procedure I should follow?.
