Welcome @anayatzadran15 hope you had a good start here. To be able to start your own business, you will need a work permit. In case on your residence permit or the additional green sheet ("Zusatzblatt") it is mentioned that you are allowed to work, you can start your own business. Furthermore, depending on what kind of business you want to start, you will need to register your business with the responsible authority. It will be likely that you have to register with the trade office ("Gewerbeamt"). If you let me know which kind of business and where you are currently living, I can look up the responsible office for you. On Handbook Germany you can find more information about starting a business. Starting an own business is a lot of paperwork and bureaucracy, so you should consider to get counceling not only for starting in business but also for taxes or the correct legal form. Therefore, it is recommendable to get in touch with a counceling centers, which can support you at the beginning. For example, in Berlin, GUWBI e.V., focused on supporting migrants to start their own business. Alternatively, there is Perspektive neuStart you could reach out to. If you would like to share you city, I am happy to look for some local center for you. Please also let me know, if you have further questions.
