Post Interview fragile situations submission to BAMF

Hallo,

Since 15 months of my BAMF Interview, i received a letter from BAMF to wait until 15th months. Now this period is completed without any further notification from BAMF about my Interview decision.

In the meanwhile after my Interview, the reasons i highlighted in my Interview further devastated in my hosting country, while my family threat further fragile.

I am still in the Camp und i am looking for advice, should i inform the BAMF about the worse fragile situation in my hosting country? (The German DW News, BBC, Amnesty Int. UNHCR and Human Rights reports also highlighted these fragile situations in their News and reports.

During this 15 months period, i have completed my Integration Course with B-1 Certificate and now looking for Job (at this stage job searching is a little harder, as i need also a work permission and its taking almost 2 to 4 weeks).

How i can move ahead? How can i get a legal help free of cost?

Apologies, but i can't highlights all my reasons here, as here these information or public visible, but when i get a focal person or legal person, then i can share all my case record, reasons and post interview worse situations as well.

Thanks and looking ahead for guidance.

Ali

Hi @Ali024 , thank you for your inquiry. I'm sorry to hear about your difficult situation. These answers are provisional, as we do not know your exact situation and cannot give legal advice.

You can send an email to the BAMF with questions about the status of your asylum procedure to service@bamf.bund.de. The email should contain the following information: the BAMF file number (7-digit or 8-digit + country code), surname, first name, date of birth, place of birth, current address, a copy of your valid proof of arrival or the front and back of your valid temporary residence permit ("Aufenthaltsgestattung"). English Website from BAMF: https://www.bamf.de/EN/Service/ServiceCenter/Buergerservice/buergerservice-node.html. You will probably receive a reply by post. If the BAMF does not respond within 30 days, send a reminder with the same information. If the BAMF also doesn't reply to the reminder, then you might want to think about contacting a lawyer or a migration counseling centre.
Furthermore, it is very important that you immediately inform the BAMF in writing about the new circumstances that have arisen since your hearing, especially if they further aggravate your individual situation of persecution or endangerment. Include all available evidence (reports from DW News, BBC, Amnesty International, UNHCR, etc., that you mentioned) that confirm the general deterioration of the situation. In doing so, you should explain how this general situation specifically affects you and your family, and that this development only occurred after your hearing.
For more specific information we advise you to contact a migration advice centre.

What can you do next?

I hope this information is helpful for you.

Kind regards, Yasmin

I am so much thankful for your details and suggestions, but i need a support from legal councilors to prepare my letter. I want to wrote as per legal standards and avoid any irrelevant documentations, because some time irrelevant documents submission also taker longer time in decision.

Although i have emailed to Caritas and DRK migrants councilors, but kindly if you can link any one around here in Dusseldorf.

Thanks,

Hello @Ali024 , I completely understand your concerns! The Refugee Law Clinics for example offer free counseling to refugees and migrants. They can provide an assessment and might be able to help you with your documents and the letter. However please note that they do not offer legal advice or represent you in court. This is the website of the Refugee Law Clinic in Düsseldorf: https://rlc-duesseldorf.de. I hope this helps you!

Kind regards and all the best,
Yasmin
